simple bot creation that can work on windows

i need a bot that uses proxies (of course my own) and i need it to be able to press the play button via a song link on beatstars soundcloud audiomack soundclick so i want the user interface to be basic so i can just add my song link and choose how many plays and threads and to choose what proxies to use via txt files and to choose the amount of time inbetween each play it dosent need to make accounts it needs to be able to do this fast tho and i know that matters on the power of the computer to but it needs to be a a appilcation and i want it to be custom made and name it "reaching the charts" i want to be aloud to resell it and use it for myself im just hoping i can make my investment back of reselling it i got no bugdet outside of the project itself so i probably wont even sell any copies i just want the option ..
