Shoutouts From Fake Instagram Accounts?

I know many people don't really care about the way they make money, it's just important that they are making some. So, I have a very simple question.

Because you can buy likes and follows for cheap, can you make a page, buy 20k followers, 1k average likes, and sell shoutouts? It can be any niche you want, and the numbers are just example.

We know that you can buy targeted followers and likes, and it can cost $50, but will people buy the trick?

It's scamming. Yeah you can trick a few people here and there, but advertisers are becoming more aware how to spot fake accounts. The ones that do fall for it will notice there's no actual benefit in using you again (and might chargeback), so you're off finding another $50 to scam from someone else.

Why not just broker shoutouts? Find people with real followers, find advertisers, and you'll have yourself a real business that will last longer.

I don’t think many people will fall for it tbh. A lot of the times people look for actual comments from ACTUAL people, not the “wow!” or “<3 love” comments that most fake accounts have. Then again, you may be able to sell shoutouts from a fake profile for $5-$10, but I’d say no more, and not too often even.

I'm working on legit accounts, just was wondering, do people still fall for it. Thanks for the reply.

You've just discovered the business model of 99% "influencers".
All those shoutouts for sale are fake and worth nothing (at least less than they charge).
