Hello BHW!
I have registered in Shoutcart site for selling shoutouts since 4 days and even now i did not recieve any message from them accepting me . my account is about models and lifestyle with 42k real followers without using bots . i dont know if i am already there or need a message from them . help me please

You will get an approval email within 3-5 business days, if your account was approved for selling shoutouts. If you have not received this email and it has been 3-5 days this means your account was not approved.

That's what I found on their help pages.
I'd give it a couple more days and if you still haven't heard back from them it most likely means you didn't qualify.

I would wait until the 5 business days have passed and then contact them to ask for an update.

I guess how much you can ask depends on your Shoutcart Score for the most part. Since I don't have an account I can't see any prices to verify if my assumptions are actually true or not

Anyways, I hope you still get approved somewhere early this week and I wish you all the best with your IG project.

Thank you so much . my post gets between 700 likes to 3+k likes accourding to quality of photo . do you think that they will accept?
