Shoutout / Growth Consultant?

Hi all,

I've been long time reader (sadly not much to contribute atm) of the site and posted a few questions etc about Instagram but I have been thinking for a while now and wanted to reach out to see if anyone would be interested in being a consultant for some of our accounts?

We run a few fashion blogger accounts and we make money through branded content etc so don't actually need to worry about clickthroughs etc or anything like that. We make more money the bigger the accounts get and more so brand want to work with us.

Our problem is really increasing growth, it grows slowly and organically and it's doing ok but we want to really push them.

What we're looking for is someone who knows how to spot and use the right shoutout accounts and can act as a consultant to make sure the money we spend goes to the right pages and actually helps grow the accounts. In exchange we would pay a retainer and have good budgets for each account and it's definitely a long term project with even the prospect of eventually taking a percentage of branded projects we take up etc.

I feel like it's a missing oppertunity here with and if a service like this already exists then kindly send me in the right direction

I can fake growth.
I can also spot accounts with fake growth. That's about it.
And some user here recommended getting big accounts to like photos from your account. That's cheaper than shoutouts and can be more effective
