Give us a decent amount (15-20 even) and we're happy to do it. We just don't need empty sections because [reasons].

Well Reddit is also popular but we don't have a subsection just because it doesn't meet the requirements.
We do have reddit posts every week but I don't see any telegram related.
It's really tough to get a subsection started cuz it never meets the minimum requirements. Waiting for reddit !

I did ask the same but never got a clear answer except that if you need to get a subsection started then fulfill the minimum requirements.

Why not? Telegram is one of the most popular messaging apps and it offer endless possibilities for marketing. It's light years ahead of WhatsApp business. A dedicated section could be useful.
I mean there's 34 pages of threads in there. While not active now, It was active when it was created.

BlackHatWorld is a busy, thriving place, and we want to keep that going. We know the IM world moves quickly, and that you guys want the latest ideas and info. Sometimes that means there are new sub-forums BHW could benefit from. We have a process for new sub-forums, and there's been quite a bit of interest lately, so here it is, laid out nicely for you:
All new sections on BHW require at least 50 recent, engaged threads on the topic, written by 25 different users.
These must have been posted in the last 3 months and must have more than 10 reasonable responses to an opening post of more than 250 words.
If you can gather these 50+ threads together and share them with mods or admin, we can look into creating the new sub-forum and if you're interested and knowledgeable in the sector we'd open up discussions with you about moderating it.

TG definitely warrants its own forum. Lots of upcoming use cases and marketing opps
