Should I wait for 3 months to transfer my domain?

I bought some domains lately and I wish to transfer the domain to the hosting account I have but I am confused if that is possible? Is there still any 3 months barrier for me to transfer the domain? I registered .party domain.

You can't transfer it, that doesn't mean you can't use it.
Update the correct NS (nameservers) for the domain and you are good to go.
