Should I use these keywords to start?

I recently discovered some new keywords (with variations) that have over 500k search volume each on google.

I want to start a channel on this topic and create videos but the problem is.. these keywords have no volume on Youtube. Literally not even 100 in total.

I know I can get people's attention and views if my videos got recommended with browse features etc. but I am worried that YouTube won't suggest my videos bec the tags have literally 0 volume. I can't do do a competitor research because there are none.

What should I do? Do you think is it possible to be successful with popular keywords that are popular in Google search but non-existant on Youtube?

I think so, I have some programming/tech tutorial-type videos, and I bet people don't automatically go to youtube first, they might also just go to google, and THEN, if the video is suggested, they will click through. That's what many times I do, it's only once you're really on there that you stay looking for other stuff. You don't know till you test really, so set a goal like uploading for 3 months 2 vids a week maybe, (or whatever). and you'll get the data from youtube that you need to adjust or decide the next step. The worst happens is you learn exactly how to stress test your assumption. Just make sure you balance your expectations with time.
