Should I Use NoIndex page's Content?

Hello All,

I have found 1 blogging website which is NoIndex. I mean that websites all blogs are marked as NoIndex and I have also search in google and not found any blog on google. so my question is can I use that content on my website? Can I rank by using that content? It is harm to my website or not?

a page/website is being marked with noindex doesn't mean it's not crawled by the Googlebot,
check their robots.txt file to see if they're blocking it or not,

If yes, i would use such content if it's good,
If the pages only marked with noindex, it's a totally different case (can't answer this)
 
Even if not indexed, that content is still getting crawled, so I would not use that content for your own website.

If that website is alive, website owner can always file DMCA complaint against you.
 
Why not use a spinner to rewrite the content to be on the safe side?

If you want to copy content from another source you can do so but only in order to highlight that content. That means you can include an extract with attribution and a link back to the original, but you cannot simply copy someone else’s work.
If you do not cite the author, readers will think it is your work. This means you are claiming credit for someone else’s work and is called plagiarism. It’s illegal.
If you publish someone else’s work without the appropriate license or permission you are committing copyright piracy. It’s also illegal.

If you want to use someone else's content, you should ensure that you: Obtain written permission: Enter a formal agreement with the creator or through the terms of service on a user-generated content site.
 
if you're a new site duplicating 100% noindex pages while not indexed by googlebot are still crawled and you may have canonicalization issues which will create 100s or 1000s of backlinks to your page if google decides you are canonical which will mark you a spammer with 1000s of links to a new domain.

i recommend adding unique first paragraphs to the articles and maybe even slightly spinning the rest.

this way you will not only be treated as "unique" but not have involuntary "backlinks" to your new domain/site.
 
Don't use Noindex content, if the site owner find it he will file complaint against you.
 
Even though the content is not indexed, avoid doing it.. as the rightful owner of the site could file a DMCA complaint. or at least use the article spinner and make it unique.
