Hey so I found a nice unique niche for myself
And im going to build a fan page and blog to build my email list and promote affiliate products
but on facebook ads the audience for my niche is 10K-15K active monthly users

could promoting my fb page to these people be profitable or is it too small?
Thank in advance for reading :)

It's impossible to answer your questions because you did not provide enough information. I get that you are protecting your niche, so I'm not asking. Just keep in mind that every niche behaves differently. And having an active base does not necessarily translate to buyers (vs. people who want to learn or kick the tires). Also, the size of the audience does not necessarily mean good or bad either.... the quality of the audience is FAR more important. And you also need to consider the size of the sales... I'd rather have an audience of 1,000 people interested in buying an airplane from me, than have 100,000 people who want to buy a pencil. I know I'm being dramatic, but you get the idea.

So there is a way for you to do some testing for free...
Try putting up some Craigslist ads in a handful of active cities to check if there is a market. Be sure to write you ad copy and TITLE to attract the right audience. Make a claim that they would want, and in the posting make it clear (albeit in a soft sales way) that there is a product for sale that can help them. You can have them email you for more information, or you can send them to a landing page with analytics. You don't really need to have a product, this is fake for testing the market.

Hope this helps!

I see what your saying. i wanted to do a City niche fan page ... for example like Dallas, Texas yoga and build a small community with articles and videos and getting opt ins to presell affiliate programs

What's your product category?
What's the pricing sale?

City niche fan page ... for example like Dallas, Texas yoga and build a small community with articles and videos and getting opt ins to presell affiliate programs

at a 15k audience its so so...u'll make profit :)
But you will have to retarget the same audience with more posts, to keep them engaged

First poster says it all. Have you determined the quality of the audience? Buyer intent?
