Check the content in copyscape to check for duplication. Also see if the site/articles are indexed in google. If they are and the content isn't complete jibberish I would buy it up.

That's 2 months of it's earning.. Normally, if you're selling a business, you'll be selling it with profit of 6 months to a year in advance. If it's me, i will certainly scrutinze it before sending my money.

Don't waste your money. Rather spend the $50 on cryptocurrency, or business cards or something.
