Exclusive for dating? what's wrong with just using tinder or equivalent?
You need an angle, what can you do that will attract people to come over to you.

most dating agencies i know are using fake profiles. so there could be women but on average there are 98% men on this apps.
i only receive messages from male persons

why not monetize and start sending your traffic to a video chat site? it is literally a few lines of code to put on your page and money starts coming in without further input or efforts.
