Should I sell this domain?

Hi, I bought this domain couple of months ago -
http://www.themadestatus.com
and I am thinking to sell it because I need some money. I thought of this name because the words "made" and "status" are for people who have made a status for themselves in their lives after struggling financially for a long time or something like that. That just randomly came into my mind and I bought it.

Now thinking to sell it because I need some money. How much do you think I should ask for this domain?

What do you think is a good price for this domain?

I don't think this domain worth much.
Unless you create a good website and flip it but highly doubt that one too.

You really should stop using those "estimated value sites". They provide no value on how much domain is worth.

My site is valued at 1k yet I would sell it for way more based on income and metrics, links, ranks ... (my site is established and yours isn't yet only $300 more value)? See where I am going with this?

Ah alright. I just don't know all the technical things yet but hope to soon catch up :P

I logged onto my GoDaddy yesterday and a profitable retail site ( making monthly profits ) was valued at $3k and an unused domain I have sitting there valued at $7k.....
Go figure....
 
The value of your domain is the price someone is willing to pay for it.
 
Hmm, i can't really tell you how much you can sell this domain for but i am curious how GoDaddy determines the value for a certain site? Which stats do they use to tell a websites value? Hits, Backlinks, UV's?
 
i mean sure you can sell it, but i don't think price will be high
 
Worth no more than $5 for the right buyer.

None of that. Just some keywords in your domain name. A friend of mine is making 5k a month on amazon affiliate and they evaluate his domain name at less than 100$. It’s a .reviews tld though.
 
make a giveaway and give it for free >> best case scenario
Worst case scenario someone here or else will scam you^^
