Hello guys, so I have been trying retail for a few years now but somehow I can't seem to sit on one niche. I keep my own inventory as I don't have much money to maintain a dropshipping store for now (long shipping time is risky because I may drain my budget)

I now decided to focus on selling Pet clothes and accessories locally and am willing to invest in Facebook ads.

For entrepreneurs out there, do you recommend to keep investing in my inventory and marketing for a few months even without seeing ROI? If my inventory grows, that means I can still get my ROI right once I establish my business through consistent marketing?

Is it normal to lose my excitement when I feel like I'm investing and not getting anything back at the beginning? Should I keep going? Sorry, I have lots of questions, I really wanna learn how to establish a strong business.

Go on, it will bear fruit sooner or later. I save 20% of salary per month on investments.

Hello
Any kind of Business will take approximately 1 year to get profits. It's depends on where you located the shop, there are no shops, only your shop is available to buy the items, than you will get good profits within 2 or 3 months. Now the situation is not good, people are scared to go out.

Thanks
Yup, I'm doing online retail by the way.

Every business takes time to get legs. You have to link your motivation to long term success, not short term.

You need more time, and more capital than others, since you also stock on the item. And Try to focus on spesific niche.

In the start, there can be less profit. You are building base of the business.
