No honestly it is not allowed in India. If you see not living there. There is little they can do about it except request to stop spread pornographic content. Or special request chaturbate to stop you from using India as a marketing country but this is unheard of.

Just use VPN and you will be totally fine.
Or if you use a VPS that would work aswell, but you would need money.
Just find a legal way of making money and you should be fine but if not use a VPS or VPN
