most times, a users pp is restricted for doing something wrong
which doesnt look good when uve been here 4 weeks talking
about buying services. might make some people nervous

I thought paypal limitations where common? I can remove them its just gonna take a while

well they either restrict at a certain amount of money
or restrict because they need more info on you
or because the account did something wrong.

ive had my pp acc 14 years, no restrictions

My account is about 1 year old and i used to drop ship on ebay and they used to always hold and limit my transactions, but right now they are just asking me to confirm who i am so i am waiting to do that currently.

even though they require a lot of verification for newbies, i'd recommend coinbase. at least they are user friendly and you can transfer cash to/from your bank account

Buying BTC is rarely a bad decision. It goes up in value most of the time, and is very handy for buying services.
Only real drawback is non existant buyer protection. Once sent, coins are gone forever.
