Hi guys
I just started shopify recently with a hot product I can see I have conversions on FB ads and returning customers to the store but no sales.
I thought the problem was people can't checkout I tried that myself it's working.
What do you guys think?
I really need your help
I'm just loosing money on ads right now
Thank you

I don't get it, what's the problem? Your not getting sales? Well welcome to the club, probably like 99% of people in this business will experience that

Make your site look nice, have a good description, and test different audiences and products

I would put money on two things:

1) Your site is not attractive to potential shoppers
2) Your niche is not as hot as you think

Take a print screen of your site blanking out the products, if you want.

You are either targeting the wrong audience, the niche is not as attractive as you think or the site is not appealing to would-be shoppers.

Do you have abandoned checkouts ? Is your pixel active on the store ? What are your pixel stats on Fb ?

On my pixel I have the conversions but when I go on Shopify there is nothing

I would work more into your targeting along with how you are conveying your product to your audience

It entirely depends on your products. People are not fooled by simple crappy chinese products or cheap quality affiliate offers. There is little to no value in those overinflated scam areas. I would rethink putting anything of low quality or poor reviews on my store if I am trying to only get customers from FB ads.

Thx guys I'm trying to fix everything I noticed something though when the targeting is broad I have more visitors than when the audience is small (under 1 million)
