Hello,

My shopify account has been banned, can i open a new account with the same information??

What reason did they give for banning you ?

Common sense would suggest if you are going to try again to use different details, payment methods etc.

You can try but probably will not go far. It's a huge company. You think they have zero security measures in place to prevent previously banned users from re-entry?
New proxy, new email, new name, new address, new billing info. More you separate your identity from previously banned identity the better your odds.
if you still can't get through, get a friend to sign up or use one of the many shopify alternatives.

What in the hell got you Shopify account banned?

i don't know, they just said my business presents a level of risk i contact them to look for more information but it didn't work.
i didn't even start selling, all what i did is customizing the theme, set up payment & shipping and i added my credit card

Never heard about this before and i have sold all sorts of risky items, like replica clothes etc.

i try to contact support team but i didn't get any information
The question now is : can i have a new account with the same informations ???

shopify has a support phone number have you tried that? you might get a support agent with no clue but better than nothing.
ultimately it is up to their discretion. judging by your ban reason, personally i would just retry with new ip&email, same name&address, new niche thats not classified as a risk by shopify.

You can use woocommerce instead just a suggestion, it works with wordpress

Thanks i'll try it

Or you can go with alidropship, its a one time payment and it is the best plugin for dropshipping in my book, it does everything shopify and oberlo do but no monthly fee and no one that can bug you about your site, it is really yoru site.

Disclaimer i am not in anyway shape or form affiliated with alidropship in any way shape or forum, i am just a happy customer

Were you using VPS or VPN/PROXY? IT shouldnt get you banned, but I know a few new account owners that got banned for that reason (auto)

Im using VPN constantly, you dont get banned for this, no matter how old or new your account is, Shopify even accepts my CC with VPN activated.

Generally thats correct, but if he connected with an IP that has been banned before due to actual TOS breaking activity it might get blacklisted. Small odds, but can happen

That's why I prefer to have full ownership with WooCommerce. If whatever you're doing is that risky, you might want to give that a shot instead.

Lol
The only thing i can think of is that he s using shopify payments and got a lot of refunds or accepted some high risk transaction .. or his payment method the one he uses to pay shopify has a fraud risk..

banned in Shopify? probably bcse u used a card that is not yours?
