Hi everyone..I saw a website using ShareThis social share plugins in their website. We actually pay them for advertising our blogs/articles. Recently, we published a blog on their site and when I went to check for the number of shares, I saw random numbers for shares in each social channels (60 odd in Facebook, 30 odd in twitter etc) Note: I was logged in as a user to their website when I checked it.
When I checked for the same link in another computer (different IP and I wasn't logged in as a user), there were no 'Share's at all!
My question is - Is there a way they can manipulate the plugin in such a way that it preferentially shows different numbers to different devices/computers?
