Shadowbanned! Please help if you know about it.

I have been running a fan page on Instagram for about 4 months.
NEVER used any automation, engagement pods, purchased likes/ followers.
I don't even use any hashtags.
Account is private.
Followers: 9.6K
Engagement Rate: 10%
Audience Quality Score: 83/100

I don't understand the reason it got shadow-banned. I logged off completely for 3 days, still didn't work. Some forums say that you need to be off for 14 days! Does that works?
I even paid for ad promotion. Nothing seems to be working ;_;

Can anyone over here help me out please?
 
Advertise on BHW
try using hashtags + post which brings engagement. The more people comment the more your account will reach people.

I am getting good engagement from my followers but ZERO reach from hashtags and explore. That's the concern!

I don't get any engagement from either so you are lucky. No hashtag visibility and my own followers don't see my posts either.

You cant get engagement from explore page nor hashtags from new people if your account is private.

This will work only for people that already follow you.

If you want to target new audience, then you will have to set up your profile public.

I know about that! Account was private while I wasn't using any hashtags, because I was getting 200 followers/ day from search since a month. Really!

But, a week ago, I wasn't getting followers as usual, without any changes. So, I turned to public and started using hashtags but got zero reach from hashtags. So that means account is shadowbanned. I just made a post and still not showing up on hashtags. I guess I need to wait for 14 days!

So you've tried using your hashtag or any other with minimum posts (100 or less) on it, and you didn't rank in the hashtag posts (the post haven't been shared under the hashtag)?

I guess you've done double-checking, right?
First, you've checked it from your current device, you post from, and then from another device/IP.

If you can answer after this yes, then you are most likely shadow-banned.
Now, you should ask yourself, why did that happend?
What have you done differnetly in last week or two than usual?

Yes! It's not visible. Not from my device. Neither from other.

When this account got shadow-banned, on the same day, one of my linked accounts was disabled by Instagram for not following community guidelines.

Does having multiple accounts on same device, affects each other?

Definitely yes!

How many accounts per device are you using?
I guess you are using same IP's-Proxies for these accounts, right?

5 accounts (max allowed)
Same IP.
Should I wait? Does it get removed if not posting for 14 days?
 
There is no exact formula out there to remove shadow ban which is 100% work. there are few theories. To me for example; 1 Account got hit by shadow ban, I was simply forgot about this account than 8 months later came into it because I was planning to sell it so I start repost content than I found out that the shadowban were removed (engagement increase like crazy) . Sold it for 45% more then what I was planning to sell.

Most common actions when getting shadow ban:
  • Block dead followers
  • Let account rest for 28 Days
  • Logout from your acc & and then login from another device when 28 days over
