shadowban

i got to know a month ago that 2 of my account were shadowbanned .
so this is what i didon one account i disabled it for 2 weeks and on other acc i didnt login for 2 weeks
after a month still the ban hasnt been lifted.

anyone knows how to lift the ban.

my reason for ban:
1) engagement group.i tried to do 3 rounds altogether in intervel of 5 hours.probably thats why i got banned
2) using many hastags altogether in all posts(around 30)

I'm not sure if this is the correct spot for this post but I was disabled a few weeks ago and told my account had a 1-3 week ban on it. Has anyone had success reactivating disabled pages ever since IG changed the format of their help center site? Some profiles are being banned for a month, some longer.. any info would be appreciated
