Step 1: Material Preparation: ASIA 2017 or older Reinstated 2 LINE PROFILE.

Step 2: Use VPS (all countries) - within the VPS, fake HMA IP: according to the profile's country.

Step3: Log in to the PROFILE (preferably Firefox): Share the Page to the profile with admin control. If there's a high-limit ad account, share that with the profile as well.

Step 4: Have the profile watch videos for about 3-4 hours, then set up the campaign ( This step is for you to warm up your profile.).

Step 5: Set up the warm campaign targeting directly the profile's country.

Initial Note: 1 campaign - 1 ad set), set the budget at $5 - $10 (content should comply with policies, prioritizing nature photos). Adjust the budget based on currency conversion and set the campaign budget.

Payment Strategy: Increase the budget by 30% of the campaign budget after the first 3 payment thresholds (increase gradually). After 3 more payment thresholds, duplicate ad sets to optimize.

Establish a solid foundation with organic activity, use anti detect tools, and scale carefully to protect your ad account.

Thank you very much for your feedback. We always strive to provide the best content possible. However, with this particular post, the content is limited to the initial steps of setting up the necessary resources to get started. As you may know, a blackhat campaign requires many elements to be optimized, such as cloaking, media, content, and more. Currently, this article only covers the preliminary steps to prepare the essential ingredients, so it is not yet in-depth. I will create separate posts for each topic to provide as much detail as possible. I truly appreciate your support.
 
This set up may only work temporary, bans will be constant, this is my view

Most reinstated accounts often have limited functionality or hidden restrictions because they may be previously banned or flagged.
Facebook uses advanced fingerprintin techniques, focusing only on IP addresses is a bad idea also if multiple accounts originate from the same server owned by VPS provider accounts will be flagged.
