Tried with high quality proxies?
Using Luminati right now, all of proxy types getting captcha. Can you suggest some other high quality proxies?

The shadowban will come from other fingerprints your browser(s) are giving out. Are you using a hardened browser such as MultiLoginApp?

No, I'm using self-developed software with Selenium + Luminati. Checked with bot.sannysoft.com, my browser sessions looking like real browser, but still getting captchas

Don't use proxies. Just login to your old trusted gmail account then register accounts. When you are logged in recaptcha won't show up. I use this trick to mass register tumblr blogs.

If you use firefox browser then ther eis an addone that is used to skip the captahca and cloudflare. You will first neeed to do at least one captcha and one cloudflare before you get free thirty passes. When they run out you have to repeat the sae process to get more passes.
