Sounds like you've learned a ton from freelancing. Going from service provider to manager is a smart move. As for funding, there are a few options, bootstrap with your savings (if you have them), hit up friends & family for an investment, or look into small business loans. There's also crowdfunding these days, though that might be a bigger project depending on how much you need.
