Server for Followliker

I'm planning to rent a windows server for followliker program, to run it 24/7. I hope it could run properly with about 50-100 IG accounts, without any lagging. So I just wanted to ask what server specifications should I need in order to not spend too much, but run properly. And maybe some suggestions, where could I rent good windows server? You could always test in your current PC and see how much power it consumes and find the correct server
