[SERP ISSUE] Catrgory competes with inner blog posts

Hello webmasters, my website got affected so bad by the latest Google's algorithm updates.I was in position #1 for major keywords. The problem is google think that the category has more value than the inner blog posts, which is something thats made me lost traffic and revenue.

Except No-index, what is the best practice to fix the issue?

Google finds what they think is relevant for the search results. You can change the importance of posts/categories within the site through interlinking. If you want a post to rank better, make more internal links pointing to it. This should work.

I agree with you, but I am not linking to the category from any post so why Google thinks is good? is that because it has more websites linking to it ?
