SERIOUS INQUIRY* INSTAGRAM BOT

ok.... im going to be very specific in what i need.... btw this will change the game. first let me give you a back story.

The reason i need this bot is because i am tired of ordering likes from smm panels that are filled with a bunch of iran and indian looking accounts.... basically fake looking accounts. i need a bot that will automatically filter the fake indian accounts. so basically block any likes that come through with a foreign langauge in their bio... so if someone can create a bot that can filter all accounts with foreign languages (basically any language besides english) in their bio that could be the start... once again i know nothing about this type of stuff but if you get what i am trying to create, please let me know asap. this can change the game
