It really depends. I use SEO content machine, word ai, gsa tools and cap monster.

1. Ahrefs

4. a-parser (with capmonster and bunch of proxies). For different crawling/scraping needs.
I also have a lifetime license for SEOAutopilot bu can't say I use it often these days.
Sometimes I use other services Majestic, Keyword Planner, Google Trends but not so regular as first 4.
I like Semrush. But still prefer ahrefs more. And there is no need to keep bought.
