hey jsp sorry i wont reveal my conversion rates as I know most newbie BHW members will rant on making all sorts of BS.

I will say this though, it does convert for my partner and I - but there is other factors eg: phone manner, who we target etc

Have a go mate or outsource it and go and close the appointments yourself.

another thing i find works.

Whenever possible call early, at the very beginning of the day. Assistants
and receptionists are often at work before their bosses and even before
anybody else. Unlike in the middle of their day when they have lots of
interruptions, at these ?off-hours? they might be able to give you a little
bit more of their time and even answer questions that could expedite
matters with your prospect.'

The same technique works at the end of the working day. Many of these
employees are done or almost done with the bulk of their work close to
the end of the day, but they may still be in the office finalizing
paperwork. This is your time to tackle them and use their available time
to your advantage.

and at the end of the day I DO/CAN get appointments with this skeleton script. my partner also sticks closely to it as she feels comfortable with it and puts numbers on the board

I dont understand? If they say the script is working, how can you say the script is shitty? The "best" of scripts is as only as good as the person behind it. Scripts in general are only a guide to pull you back on track, you have to be adaptable and mirror the prospect. Lets face it, there is only one language of advertising. Thats the universal language of the prospect! What can you do for me and what am I going to get out of this! Play to this and you really can not go wrong. Then it is a numbers game. Like boiler room, sales is a contact sport. The more contacts the better you will do, period. Its a ridiculous comment, that one person will ruin the market, thats crazy. DO you know how many phone calls owners get a day from people peddling crap. You an call one guy today about SEO and call the same guy tomorrow about SEO and he wont even remember he talked to you yesterday. ITs more timing then anything else. Keep it up, haters will always hate.

I agree. How many people make money with craigslist and online in general which is more flooded than offline. There are so many online/offline hybrids that you can make money with and its not nearly as saturated as everyone sais.

Im making money with one that I thought of that anyone can do but Im in the scaling up faze so I wont share until I bank off of it then everyone can have it.
