Seo Searchterms Tagging Plugin compatible with wordpress 3.3

First of all Happy new year to all the members of this forum! Hope all of you had a blast

Back to the topic, I am planning to upgrade to wordpress 3.3 but there's this fear that STT Plugin might break or not function properly.

Has anyone upgraded to wordpress 3.3 and is using STT plugin?

Have you tried it with Easy WP SEO I read somewhere that it would
be a good to have both installed.
