SEO OnPage Content Poster for Wordpress

I need an SEO on page expert to post content (articles are already written) and SEO (bold, linking, etc) the content based upon the keywords.

I have an example of a website that I want to imitate. If this works out well I would be interested in a long term partnership moving forward with other projects.
