Hi Guys,
So I have started Outreaching many websites through Email from July 11th,2019 as I am looking to increase the authority of our website (whom I'm working for).

Current DA = 40

Although I was irregular till now, I have reached out to many websites around 250.

And have got positive replies from 16 and converted 4 successfully, others are either already converted before or in process.

So I have set out my target this week, starting from 10 emails per day and fortunately, I am crossing this target each time but wasn't able to outreach last 3 days back to back.

So, I am starting my journey from today to maintain and exceed 10 emails per day for 1 week.
And next week I'll increase my limit by 5 and so on.

Will update every day regardless of if I'm able to do emails or not.

Best
Ash1

so you're trying to get backlinks from niche specific sites by contacting the owners? sorry for newbie question..

Yes, exactly.
Fortunately, health and wellness covers a lot of websites, as many websites intersect at health and wellness niche, though they may not belong to that exact niche.

God luck! 16 out of 200~ seems logical to me. Do you send the same email to everyone or do you personalize the contents of each email according to the website you're targeting?

Rafark, yes I personalize them accordingly and hence much time is consumed on each email.

Hi Guys,

I couldn't do much for today.
My laptop seems to hang so frequently that I am pissed off.

To outreach websites, I also have to delegate some work to the content writers.
So, I messaged 40 content writers.

Assigned work to a content writer.

Watched WWE old fights and got nostalgic.

Back to my work, emailed 3 websites and followed up 3 websites.
Received a blog interview from a website founder.

Laptop was still mocking me and got hanged again.
Then I got frustrated and slept.

Completed rest 7 outreaches after waking up.

hey i just read earlier, google is blocking sites relating to health niches, is it true? and are you monetizing via affiliate links?

Hey buddy, Good luck. Is this an AdSense or Affiliate website?

Royalblue22557 I am unaware of it because it didn't happen with us or anyone in my contacts yet.

JackTeam its affiliate website.

Update: Sept-2

I'm managing two content writers under me currently.

I have converted 14 websites further until now, for which the job is yet to be completed (pending).

Currently emailing 10-20 websites daily.
also working towards sending bulk emails.

What I've learned?

Most of the times, a follow up always works.

If you don't receive a reply,

then it means either they haven't opened your email yet or
they're just ignoring you.

But what's interesting is, both the situations can be converted into an active response and that too in your favor with a follow-up email.

Ps: I hope you know that you can track emails using various extensions.

Use Mixmax to track your emails, it shows you when the recipient opens it or even when it clicks on a link... you should check it out i use it for my outreach campaigns.

Thanks for the suggestion.

I use mailtrack for the same.
Do you mean to say Mixmax is better as compared from others?

HiGuys,
It's been a month now.

I haven't scaled enough yet.

What I realised is:

For Link building
1) You should have atleast 10 email templates each of different style.
Out of which you can run and test 3 templates simultaneously.
According to the response each gets, you need to continuously keep modifying them.

2) You must have different e-mail accounts, so that you can try different ways to convince the same person/website.

3) Before pitching your article for guest blogging,
you should spend atleast 5-10 minutes on their website. This is immensely important to understand 4 things:

1) Topics they haven't covered yet.
2) Target Audience (Young, Mid-age or Senior citizens, etc)
3) Accordingly you can decide on the type of tone and style of the article to be submitted needs.
4) Any special requirements the website demands from you as a Guest Blogger.

4) You should have a team of writers.

5) You should have a team of Link builders,
though you yourself are doing link building.

6) For hiring process, you should have templates to outreach writers as well as link builders. This process should atleast be carried out full fledgedly for 3-4 months.
It'll help you to understand how to determine a finest writer in your budget & you'll get familiar with the appropriate writing quality you should look for.
You can learn many things while working with different link builders. You'll get to know various services that you might miss out on.

Working with a team will impart a leadership quality in you as well as discipline.
Now you'll be responsible for your as well as their actions. This will help you to be motivated throughout.

(Remember, motivation has its own nature. It's never consistent. Sometimes you will be highly motivated and sometimes you'll be completely down.
But only here is the discipline most helpful. You can be disciplined consistently and be assured that since you are disciplined you'll surely hit your goals.)

7) Last but not the least, you should have a solid time table scheduled with deadlines.
Otherwise, it'll be difficult to manage a team.

good numbers, mine is only around 20+. You should have getting more visitors.
Yeah purush, but it still needs to be pushed.

Which region is your website for?
Are you also doing Link Building?

@Ash1 Really interested see your journey and hope you see success soon.

I have couple of noob questions. Please clarify.
1. How old is your website? How many articles you posted?
2. DA 40 us very good. How many links you have built to get this number?
3. How do you get the website owner email ids? By Contact Us page?

Questions are questions.
I don't discriminate!

1) I have not much idea about it, but it is 1.5yr + old for sure.

2) I have recently started to build links for it. Before that someone else use to do it.
And frankly speaking, there is a team behind the big success.
So, I'm sure there are others who are building links for it at the same time, besides me.

3) generally contact us page
rare cases: LinkedIn, IG and there are also some paid email extractors.

Mine is USA . I stopped link building for time being. Now following your journey
