So who should I believe? You? Google? At least they show some examples and data....

I didn't even menioned about other things which change SEO for ever, more google paid ads, PAA everywhere, feature snippets without links, AI answers without links, youtube videos everywhere etc... Compare google today with google from 20 years ago and you will see the difference. Ranking even in top 10 is not enough as the conversion is super poor... but yeah keep dreaming about SEO and its future.

And there are also a lot of niches where there are no more good small sites, they have long been abandoned by experts who have grown up and are doing something else. So you can easily take their place in these niches with your own small sites. You can even find their abandoned sites and restore them and immediately take the top in the niche. This is what I do when I accidentally stumble upon such sites while searching for expired domains. I always pick up such sites and take the top in the niche immediately after restoring that site, straight to the top, just pose restoration and no more action.

Yeah yeah... I did it few times too but I am not really so kin on getting few $ per day. It's not worth the effort and time spent on it. It is only possible in very low competitive niches but at the same time traffic is low and revenue is low.

These sites are not really suitable to earn from them, these sites themselves give weight to your other sites that you earn from. And those sites to earn money are already full of shit, they are created only for big money and will be guaranteed to be removed from the peep sooner or later, but small sites will remain and will not get penalized and again give you a lot of money promoting your bad but money sites.
This is how SEO works.

I did alot of testing myself... of course... but there are always people who know more and did more tests. You don't have to learn everything yourself from scratch.

Game is on but at this stage it is worthless in my opinion.... There is no value for money any more. It is not profitable anymore unless you get very lucky.... hence some people compare to gambling.

Websites like reddit will gain even more... because they are in partnership with google. Smaller sites will keep loosing as it happened already. This update hit even medium size websites which you would think are untouchable.

Sites like Reddit serve a very limited number of requests of all people's requests. And a very limited type of requests.
Plus the Reddit site itself does not generate any income for those who post there. You should only use sites like Reddit to shift attention to your own sites.

You name examples of some marketers who understand nothing about SEO, SEO experts communicate in closed / semi-closed communities, and do not lead any video channels and podcasts :)

You won't learn anything useful about SEO from those marketers.

It doesn't matter what reddit serve... they have special deal with google (you can read about it on google blog). It doesn't matter if content there is shit. They will have a special place in google ranking.

I am not sure what you mean about SEO experts but I do know that if someone makes thousands $ per day from SEO I should treat him as an expert.

I am not trying to learn anything anymore. I am done with SEO. I have been doing it since the beginning with some up and downs... but recent google changes I think is the final blow.

Scammers believing data from your cards, giving you cryptolockers, selling you topics on crypto exchanges earn hundreds of thousands on the internet, are they seo experts?

Same here, there are many fools in the world who will always buy air and deception, this does not make such people experts in SEO and the current situation has perfectly demonstrated this even to you :)

I miss those good days when i was launching sites on auction domains, expecting first income in 2-3 months

I remember i bought a 180$ domain on GoDaddy in 2017, ordered here 200 shit short articles about mobile game hacks, they were indexed instantly and jumped all in top5. In 2 months this site already was making more than 100$ daily

Nothing has changed absolutely nothing in this industry :)
It's just that the site itself and the texts need to be done a little differently now.
But otherwise everything is the same.

Even the terms have not changed, in general 2 months to start earning $50-$100 per day.

I am not saying all of the sites been hit... I have some sites myself which actually went up. But this is not reliable and predictable any more... I can see what the results are and what websites dominate them. You can try to do whatever you want but you are not gonna pass over the big brands.

What explains what?

I am not sure what you are on about but I am not talking about some crypto scammers... I have been in this business too long to not be able to tell the difference between a scammer and genuine expert.
 
Internet turned into monopoly, smaller sites will become non-existent and they already mostly are.. 99% of the internet (and its content) will be owned and served by big companies (Facebook, Google, Reddit and few others).

Not saying SEO is dead but it makes much more sense to put effort into something else.
