I have been asked to provide following details:

1) Show Website traffic and general issues with search engine visibility

2) Brand Search Drop

If anyone knows how to find it out kindly advice I have to give this data from last 4-5 years and I have full access to google analytics and google search console.

1) website traffic can be obtained from GA and GSC (I don't know what this is called like in GA4 as I've never used it, but in GSC it's the clicks. Just download a table - or take a screenshot - of the total clicks over the last 5 years and you can show them this table / screenshot)

issues with search visibility.... hmm.... I think they want to see the crawlability / indexing / performance reports of your GSC

2) no idea what brand search drop is but if it's what I think it is then simply show them a report with the rankings of all branded keywords. Maybe they want to see where those keywords have lost traffic / rankings, so go to your GSC and select only the brand-related keywords and show these to them...
