SEO Help

Hey people,
I have a link aggregation website that constantly gets updated.
I have decent traffic but i'm finding it hard to get ranked in google because the links change every 30 minutes and so do the titles of the links.

Does someone have tips to rank better with such a website?

Maybe you can focus on promoting a few page that you can keep same URL like the home page, Blog page.

I don't think your home page will change either otherwise you will have thousands of site from a domain, lol.

My home page does change a lot.
Would you recommend to start a blog on my domain and do all the SEO on the blog?
Because i cant really do anything on the home page because it changes all the time
