SEO help needed

Hi when it comes to SEO I am the ultimate n00b. I need some help what are the most important factors that will increase traffic and rank.
What should be my main focus for my type of site? Good on site keywords or backlinks?

I can't paste my site link as I am still too new to BHW. I think my username gives it away :) and I have also saved my home page on profile so you can also click there and check.

My site is still quite new only around 4 months old I think my alexa rank seems not too bad considering the amount of time my site has been online.

What do you guys think?

Shouldn't be either or really, both should be bare minimum. You need to make sure your backlinks are keyword related also but don't make it too obvious. Have a search through the forum.
 
Beven please explain what you mean by "don't make it too obvious".

I mean dont make every single one of your baclinks with the anchor text being your main keyword otherwise you will get penalised.
 
Get the 26% down to 10% and add some more keywords. Also the keyword you are targeting is high competition try something like "watch 300 online" it's low comp and has around 2k exact monthly searches,watch 300 online.PNG You're Welcome for the free keyword.

what 26% bounce rate? working on that. Also what keywords do you recommend can't get ranked for any of them it's hard. Thanks
 
Looking at your backlink profile on ahref it seems like you already know a lot about SEO

26% is the amount of times your keyword has shown up in your backlinks and it's to high make more quality backlinks with more keywords to lower that 26%, Also check my last post for a easy to rank keyword.Also after quickly looking over your backlinks most have a high OBL that's only going to hurt you try to keep OBL under 70

I know nothing about SEO :) just a few gigs I ordered from fiverr

The gigs you ordered on fiverr killed your site they where all spam with high OBL.
OBL=out bound links
 
f**k really? How can I fix this? It just seems like websites in my niche that look very bad and unprofessional are getting more users just down to their seo. I need some urgent seo work on my site. What would be the best option in my situation.

Get a fresh domain and start over

And never buy a gig from fiverr if you want someone to do seo for you look in the market place it will cost more but it won't fuck up your site.
 
ye will do. Thought fiverr will be good I used only the sellers that had positive ratings but yeah turns out it wasn't a good idea. thanks
 
How much does it cost roughly to get some good seo work done to get ranked 1st page on popular keywords for the movie niche?

Also if I was to 301 redirect my current domain to my new domain would that be ok or would the obl still affect it?

No, your site is not even that bad you don't need to start all over again. Jesus some people here are impossible. Just water down your backlink anchor text, when you bought those fiverr gigs you must have given them the anchor text "watch movies online for free" as one of them and therefore you have it on 26%, just water it down and use other keywords like other suggested above, like watch 300 online, or watch thor online... stuff like that, just not a couple of words. Also, keep it consistent not just build them all at once, and it's better if you have a Tier 1 made by yourself and then point those fiverr gigs there if that's what your budget lets you do for right now.
 
For many members here they are not going to take time to personally coach you on your own thread when there are so
many threads teaching you how to do SEO properly. Even some good video guides.
