seo for wallpaper website

Hi, I'm running a wallpaper website and earning nothing I'm getting 20-50 visits per day, now i want to know how to increase the traffic and experts give some SEO ideas (please give full guide because I'm not seo guru) i'm using a 3rd party script

There are no specific SEO tips for a wallpaper website, maybe except optimization of your images with alt description and descriptive file name of the pictures (big-indian-elephant.jpg).

Using a wallpaper script can make picture uploading and page creation easier, but pay attention at on-page optimization, such friendly url's, unique page title and description, site menu structure and so on.

Get some quality links now and then to your site, for improving rankings in search engines.

I own a few wallpaper sites but are pure html pages, no scripts. The more you add quality pages with unique text around your images, the better is the rankings and traffic.

Other than that, engage with social sites for extra traffic.

seo isn't so good for wallpapers sites , better try promoting it via social networks ( facebook , pinterest , twitter etc)

Good luck competing with sites like wallbase and deviantArt. Unless you have some REALLY unique wallpapers.

Only advice I can give you is to tag images properly and promote your site a lot.

You could also try uploading thumbnails to dA and have them go to your site for full resolution.

lol, compete with deviantart... you can get good traffic from there.

alt attribute is important and try to make posts virual on social n/w.

Which is exactly what I suggested at the end of my post...

But AFAIK, most, if not all the people I know go to wallbase for wallpapers.
