If you dont get any natural links after a few months (3-6 months) start building links to the home page using branded and generic anchor text. After that if you still haven't learned about SEO, hire a real SEO. But that will get you started on the right path for success.

Hello. In my experience, a new site should try to get as many external links as possible, since Google is a link-following search engine. If it finds a website linking to your page, it can navigate to it and crawl it. The search engine will not only crawl and index the site, but will also give it additional value depending on the significance of the "donor" on which it found a reference to you - as a result, this will lead to an increase in the rating.

Make sure to only link high quality sites directly to your money site. Focus on PBNs built by you, niche edits and guest posts

Two things will works well - upload high quality articles continuously and generate niche related traffics from several sources. So that they may visit again and again for more info and update.

Keep updating your website with relevant articles and wait for some natural link juice and by sharing content on social media platforms, when you see some traffic to the content then start with some links that has to be unique and relevant to your niche.

How much content does your website have? I suggest you add relevant and interesting content to your niche. So that you can attract users, on the other side, you should concentrate on Social media as well. Don't rush to build links. First, optimize your on-page SEO, and then start slowly building links.

first, search best keywords for your articles and internal link with the rank page. Keep sharing content with social media and write the best title and meta description. You get external links high domain authority websites and get links from guest posting and pbn.

Yeah already everyone gave some valuable advice above. In my opinion try to do some attractive content regularly and make sure all the on page of your site are good if any issues try to fix them first.
Start build links from quality sites like low spam score PBNs , High metrics like DR , RD related sites.
In PBN homepage links are quite good to go. And Traffic sites are more powerful and getting real visitors to your site
