SEO for fresh adsense micro niche site

I already did a search and read about SEO / Link building for fresh sites. But, those threads are old and i needed more info

What I did :
1. Got 5 long-tail KW from fiverr. 1K+ searches per month and $1+ CPC
2. Ordered 15x 500 words blog posts and got

Now , I am creating the blog. Will setup SEO plugins and etc.

My questions is, How should I do link building for this new blog ?
Should I wait and build links or just start to build links as soon as blog ready ?
is $100 enough for link building ?

Wait for few days then target few kinks on homepage and few on inner page, go with guest posts, pbns, forum postings, blog comments and then in second month only guest post, pbns, niche edits, and add some social signals too

I do not think that $100 is sufficient for link building. You will have spend a lot more if you want to rank higher.

Depends on niche and competitors.
Wait for some time and improve the social signals and internal link structure.
Always content is king for ranking.
