If there is manufacturing/heavy industry around, build a productivity/safety sticker catalog and send it to the safety department of every company you can find. Find the local safety training center, and pay someone to go there a few times a week and hand out the catalogs to people taking safety training. These catalogs will end up in the safety man's hands on the individual work sites.

Consider making hardhat stickers based on craft and safety, and putting them on ebay. Especially craft related stickers, pipefiters, boilermakers, steeplejacks/iron workers, electricians, instrumentation, welders, cranes and rigging, the list goes on and on.

Construction hands collect stickers like kids do baseball cards, and safety programs always have a theme going they make stickers for.

Get someone to do some actual keyword research to find out what long tails to hit as someone said before.

Ther is a sying in SEO, "The money is in the long tails". In your case, the money is in the longtails and bulk orders.

Use the longtails to bring in popular sticker searches, and industry for the bulk orders.

After going back and looking at OP's recent posts I would advise he do more research on SEO before jumping into anything too deep. Few things in IM are more dangerous than trying to perform SEO without enough knowledge on the subject.
