the keyword is definitely rankable and a jackpot if it is indeed a money keyword as single keywords are not often money keywords.

would suggest you to start with an expired domain with good metrics and be slow with your link building even if this is an easy to rank keyword.

PRO TIP: first result seems to be a forum. register on the forum and start posting and engaging and then place a backlink to your domain once your account is about 2 weeks old

If its an APP keyword then you must submit it to google play (app store) and do onpage seo there to rank. Doubt you will otherwise.

By the looks of it ... it is so no maybe nos and yes if the top 5 links have any gplay or itunes link it most probably is APP kw.

your guess is wrong ok it's not an APP everyone will think is an APP but its not, me too i don't know why the top 5 links have google play and itunes and some forums.
actually i found 2 keyword one with 13 score and another with 19, what i need is some stratigies to rank this keyword but everyone telling me check everything manually and the research keyword tools only a numbers so why we would spend money on this tools if they don't give us The rounded value of the difficulty of this keywords ,i decided to go with this keyword and i need some advices thats all.

I want to hear more about expired domain strategy, so lets say if you use an expired domain, you need install a 404 to homepage plugin or u lose a lot of link juice right?

No, you don't, idk where you got that from. The expired domain should just have good metrics (DA,TF etc...) and it should be related to your niche.
