All I'm going to say is good luck trying to rank high on that niche.... Be careful of the guys who promise you they can for every cent you have.

Btw is the niche social media or seo... little confused.

how big is your budget and how experienced are you? its probably not a wise idea to get into a very competitive niche with no experience. start small first.

You know, BHW has many methods out there...is there one that you have picked out and you need help with?

If you have not reviewed any, then there is your answer...go find one related to what you want to do.

You've been registered slightly longer than I have on BHW, and yet it seems you are starting at zero. It has taken some time, as I have other commitments in life, but it has been some effort to begin to get familiar with a few basic topics like PBN, Aged Domains, Niche Selection, SEO, Good Content Copy (all CAPS doesn't work, btw, nor does all red characters, as in your other similar post), Authority Web, Website Flipping, Tools, etc. These all may be relevant to your strategy.

If you don't know these things and how you might put them together into a strategy / method, then you won't know if you are wasting your money on development or outsourcing (you have several posts looking for experts - most posted in the wrong forums, btw).

A few words or paragraphs in a post here won't cut it for you.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean about flippa. Are you asking if you should buy a site from flippa.

Buying a website from flippa has nothing to do with seo... unless they have proven organic traffic and rankings. In that case they will want a ton of money for it.

I think you are a little bit confused and I would strongly suggest you to read some guides posted by BHW members first.
You could buy a website from flippa/expired domain whereelse as long it has good quality backlinks and DA/PA. Now you don't actually need to buy a domain you can just start your own and have all the work yourself, which in my opinion is substantially better for you has you will be providing your website the most powerful backlinks or so you should.
Lastly, be aware of flippa scams if you choose to go that way, you should double check the domain before you consider buying it in order to avoid false rankins and BL.
