here is the deal, I tell you what I know and in exchange you tell me what you know. Fair, right?

I've spent the last couple of months launching apps. One after the other I have improved my skills - the product is there but I didnt built for the sake of build stuff. The point is the money

SEO = Traffic = Conversion = monthly subscriptions

Fast forward, I open an X profile, scouted some ppl look around some you tube channels...
No surprise most indie hackers and angel investors, if you look closely, often follow some SEO courseboi

Im aware of some names in the industry like Authority Hacker. But I aint going to pay 10k now
Then there is this kiddo Danny Postma - the dude has his course on X profile. Clearly, his business is selling courses not SEO

Im sure the golden path is just raw practice - but I cant split myself in two. I have to look after my apps via code maintenance, ticket support and devs work.

Alternatives?

I think you can check Blueprint Training, it's kind of expensive monthly but it's worth it.

me no seo
me no time for testing with blogs
me want course
me thank you if you speak
now me under the stand.

there are a few few downloadable courses on here, but is it windows app, phone app, etc? how do u want to expand on SEO? you have a website? or wanting to pay someone to promote? what are u wanting to do

Grinding yourself is the best way in my opinion but it can also be the most expensive and time consuming.

Read patents and other resources, ask questions and test the answers.

Here is one advanced course if you want to jump into big leagues straight away..

Most of the courses are only basic information marketed heavily with fake screenshots and fake claim tactics, and you mostly end up watching 82 hours of video setting up wordpress, installing plugins, and using HARO..
Instead just spend some time here and read recent threads regularly, and if you still are looking for a decent Coach, then learn from Koray(Topical Authority) along with Ryan Stewart..
You will get an idea on how to begin with SEO and then scale up and add a twist of your own by doing things you already learnt!
Good Luck

u quoted the wrong reply lol, but read that @_griffin_

I agree with most of the comments in this thread btw
The risk of not learning yourself seo is wasting time with dozens of hours / dollars spent in shitty content in you tube or some other platform.
but here is an alternative:

what IF instead of proposing a course to teach SEO techniques and bs you just drop a few core concepts and instructions? Think of these as the building blocks for becoming a decent / average seo dude.

After, I will do some tests with this building blocks (and yap with these in social media) - then post the results in an IM Journey Thread.

I will start, correct me if im wrong:

How to even start ranking?
Go to google search console > verify domain > wait

Core Concepts:
backlinks: some dude included the link to your website in his blog
parasite post: you comment some bs mentioning your product / site in someones website
rank and rent: you make a highly competitive listical and charge for the top 3 places
high conversion: high % visitors leave their contact when they visit your website (email, phone, social media profile, x handler, ... )
affiliate biz: you give dudes a link, every time someone clicks on this link the user is marked with a cookie. If this user purchase anything on the website / or buy , the dude receives a commission - sadly, this business in the most traditional way is dying bc google gemini and chatgpt store
keywords: you find out what are the popular keywords in the zone of the globe you are. a decent keyword has search volume +3k, CPC >1.4 , KD below 60

continue the thread, correct me if im wrong
here are some ideas you can talk about:
- How tf is kd (keyword difficulty) calculated?
- How tf google knows if a site is abandon or not?
- What is the time horizon to decide if your strategy worked or not?

here are some pro tips (bullshit tips actually because i know nothing about seo, never ranked in top 10 places) that sound smart:

1. go to google maps, see the specs on head tag then copy paste and optimize the meta on the page for your website
2. use some schema validator on a website to find decent websites, then repeat step 1
3. no more wordpress - ask chatgpt how you can serve html from a web server and use step 2 and cursor to try rank a simple website

If you do steps 1,2 or 3 post in this thread or tag me with your results

i heard this topical authority guys websites got smacked in matt diggity's the lab group

For me following Google SEO rule. is the thumb of rule. add also the question regarding your content? That is pretty much for LLM optimization
