I'm thinking about doing a SEO backlink competition with cash prizes and was wondering who the owner of Black Hat World is? If anyone could let me know I would be very greatful.

Its Diamond Damien. Not Dave. You can contact mods requesting permission for this. But I dont think they will accept.

because this kind of competitions are mostly fake and will turn in scam .though if you are enough good ,go to irc talk to mods .they will lead you towards admins
