Can I build DA and a high SERPs with a domain that has nothing on the landing page?

So I just purchased a domain and hosting so it is live, however when you navigate to the domain the landing page says the standard:

"This is the future site of something cool. If you are the owner log in here"

Can I build backlinks and increase DA and Serps to a site like this?

1. How important are open graph and twitter meta tags for seo?

I'm asking this because, because i've studied the wordpress yoast plugin and it has some of the above features and i've seen several sites with a minimal amount of content (and without any paid backlinks) ranking very very good!

Is it safe to build links to a 301 redirected domain?
I have an old site that has been redirected for years, but it seems to be loosing some of its juice.

I see. So now I have a generic wordpress theme up when a user navigates to the domain. Will it still be considered spam now? Or will I be able to accrue DA and higher SERPS and start building it up without penalty?

Avoid doing this

If i make backlinks on each blog post does that make my entire blog site rank more on SEO? Because what i do now is searching for a low competition keyword and making content on them but its related to my niche. Am i doing it right? Im new to this.

Create 70% links to your homepage and 30% to your posts.

Pretty close to the exact opposite of what I would do for my sites, my clients' sites and anyone who would ask me for advice.

The money is not on your home page but on the inner pages of your sites as those target (or should) specific keywords people are searching in Google.

Terrible advice in an AMA and terrible advice outside of an AMA as well.

But the only condition is they must be aged.
Better to scrape expired web 2.0s especially blogspot and tumblrs.

Fresh doesn't worked for me so I won't recommend.


Here's the strategy I use:
1) scrape expired web 2.0 domains
2) choose extremely low competitive keywords in your niche.
3) Put a few posts on it with proper on page seo like a real site (preferably fresh content)
4) It'll get some traffic within a month.

It will give you a major seo boost to your site.

Thats what im also thinking. yea so its better to make backlinks on the specific blog post the you want to rank right?

This is what I have done till now. Works pretty well for all of my micro niche sites.

Hi, thanks for your time. I'll get straight to the point.

A little context: a niche tube site with the niche category in the title, with a .com domain and with ssl protocol, fast loading page (less 1.5 - 2 seconds), unlimited bandwidth, etc. Submit my site to google (and verify my website and submit sitemaps). For now, I already have six pages of videos (embedded from xvid, xham, and youp) because I don't want a weird growth for google eyes (something I read). This adventure begins on June 17. I do other things like change the title, add a video description, embed the most unseen videos, take Yoast SEO recommendations, and upload some less viewed videos with a striking watermark on my site (something I learn in class advertising) to the larger tubes. Now, my site appears in google typing the name without the domain (on desktops and smartphones, I am very happy) but not on result pages when I search the niche. That is why I am here seeking experienced help.

Now the question is. What do I need to do to attract viewers? You can respond as instructions or steps (1,2,3 ...). My goal is to generate the same $ 98 that I invested in this project, to pay for next year's accommodation, so there are only 11 months left (and maybe I can buy a new smartphone, use the money to start this project xD)
