A Few More Questions As I Am Shocked To See Same Answers That I Got From My Experiments Man, You really know what you are speaking 
PBN Questions:
1. Regarding PBN, do you suggest cloud services like Amazon AWS? I know its all about diversification, but does it hurts to have like 20+ PBN from cloud services?
2. I can get some expired domains that are indexed and have organic keywords like this. Have an internal bot running 24 x 7. They are clean. Do you believe they will have any power or its all about aged/expiring ones? An example today i got, its perfect clean though:
3. Will you keep the niche same as the old domain or there is no issue in changing it to my money site niche? Is there any difference?
4. Do you prefer PBN with organic keywords or PBN with good metrics.

First of all, there is no such term like "quick blog" exist.
It's a time taking process and require continuous efforts.
Rest basic affiliate blogging guides are already available in the forum. Have a look.

Can't tell the exact keyword because I am still on it. By the way the keyword has a monthly volume of 0.5mn searches per month.
It's quite a competitive keyword (Adsense)
I don't consider it a achievement though.

1) You want me to be honest? Trust me it really doesn't matter.
I have hosted 20 pbns on 20 $1 shared hosting servers and I played with it 6+ months and it worked like a charm.
Don't have much experience towards cloud but I have friends doing it on DO by on creating different droplets and facing no fuck ups at all.
You can try the same for a short term site and see how it goes.
2) See my funda about expired domains is totally different. Many here might troll me for this. But what I do is I simply buy an expired domain with a good backlink profile. Rest nothing matters. I create a few posts on it with extremely low comp kws in my niche then I leave it for a month till I start getting some traffic. After that only I place my links there.
And that's enough and works crazy.
3) it's hard to find niche relevant expired domains, so it doesn't matter. I create the pbn according to my money site.
4) pbns with good metrics only

I don't build social bookmarks for me usually but blog comments definitely.
Fresh web 2.0s didn't go well with me so i use expired always.
So except blogging, I have multiple clients around the globe and now I have started with fiverr as well.
I am mainly into Adsense.
