Hi . I am doing some SEO for the bed and breakfast niche. Now bed and breakfasts are usually spelled as B&B. My questions are:

How does google relate to the & character?

Do they handle the word B&B as B<space>B ?

    Should I perhaps use
    Code:
    &
instead of & in meta tags and so on?

Grateful for any help you guys can provide.

With special characters, always use their HTML entity and you won't have to worry about it.

    Thanks Jenny.

But what about URL's, should I buy domains with B&B in the url, or should I go for BandB in the URL?

EDIT: seems like everybody that ranks buy domains containing the phrase bandb
