Hi . I am doing some SEO for the bed and breakfast niche. Now bed and breakfasts are usually spelled as B&B. My questions are: How does google relate to the & character? Do they handle the word B&B as B<space>B ? Should I perhaps use & instead of & in meta tags and so on? Grateful...
