Selling starter stores on Shopify Exchange?

Hey BHW,

Has anyone had any success selling starter stores on Shopify Exchange?

I could spend a few hours building a basic Shopify dropshipping store and selling it for ~$100.

It seems like a pretty easy way to make money.

Has anyone tried this?

Search on Upwork and Fiverr there are people doing this.

I've seen people doing it, i'm just curious if there is anyone on here that has had much success with it.
