Selling Replica & Branded Items On Shopify :-)

Hie guys, what consider of selling branded items?

necklaces and shirts with a special design BUT without the brand logo or brand trademarks are consider too?

I have seen many people sell Pokemon, Dallas cowboy rings, star wars sword and make a KILLING, so whats the risks, also whats the difficulties i can face with shopify by doing this?

And basically what is the most safest smart way to do it, because i have seen people scale it up to the sky with those, i want to get all the info i can have, so if this forum called out to be the best place for answers online, i want to see how powerful it is really.

The smartest way, is to make some stuff, with year of birth. Let's say football then you make, a nice design with the football star and the birth year. And target over facebook people who like for example football and are close to their birthday and the birth year, you have chosen.

Avoid selling branded and licensed item. Your store will certainly get suspended as soon it starts getting some traction. The best way to start a ecom IMO, is print on demand and white label products.

Don't sell any Superhero related products or Marvel stuff shop will get shut down at an instant.

I've been doing this, selling necklaces related to a tv series but without logos or anything that they can actually sue me for. You should be fine. Make sure you don't have trademarks on your domain and no copyrighted images/logos on your shop as well.

Copyright can be a bitch. If you are planning on a large scale better make sure the copyrighted products or logos are not taken.
