Selling instagram usernames - at least pocket change?

So...

I was searching around the internet to get some inspiration about some small business ideas that would make me some money to start IG botting / get Jr.Vip because right now I only have a dropshipping website that I just started to advertise with "free" shoutouts and I haven't got any sales yet (*crying inside*) and I can't get a job due to lack of time / parents. (Last year of high school, final exams, parents won't allow me to get a job because then I won't be studying as much as I should, etc etc)

And then I've read about domain flipping and got the idea of IG username flipping, I have three accounts that I want to age a little bit and so I'm trying usernames on those. I mean... if I could get $5 / username it would be a dream (Judging on my country's minimum wage which is $240)

I currently have the following usernames:

• europemarketing
• unitedstatesmarketing
• australiamarketing

Don't ask me about them, I don't even know how / why I got those usernames. (I guess I was thinking that an advertising company would want those)

Now... some questions...

1. Have anyone tried to sell IG usernames?
2. If yes, how was it?

Any information / idea / opinion related to this topic is welcomed.

*Note* I'm not looking to get a good amount of money out of this, as the title says, just some pocket change.

Yes, but don't sell crappy names. Go to other forums and buy and resell usernames. You'll make a lot more money than $5.

Glad to hear that. I'm actually looking right now to make a bit of money to please my needs (listed above). Do you have some forums / websites I can look around for this type of business?

It's just my personal opinion, but I think it's a waste of time.
Maybe, because I've never tried it, but I find it hard to believe that someone would buy usernames.

Well my opinion is that if people buy domains they will also buy IG usernames.
Obviously the domains get much more money but IG usernames might work.
